Hi Debbie,

Yes I’m doing something similar, I arrange viewings with interested buyers. I ask for something in writing giving me permission to share their details and organise viewings (with a clause that legal have put together for me). I also arrange lock changes and keep the keys safe at the office. It is work in progress and to some extent it still needs formalising so I don’t leave myself wide open, but it really helps with absent owners.

Im always looking for new ideas - so if any one else has other ways of doing this please let me know

Thanks

Heather

Thanks Heather, is there any way I can see the clause that your legal team put together for you?

I think I am going to purchase a key safe to have in the office for these situations. Email me? Debbie_freeman@bathnes.gov.uk

Thanks,

Deb
