NI Empty Homes Unit 'scaled back to the point of non-existence'

Apparently the unit originally had 3 full-time staff and now has 1 person 1 day a week. Our contacts in Northern Ireland have never indicated to us that there has ever been anything like an effective strategy there so we are not sure what the Unit was doing when it was better staffed.
