The course provides a comprehensive review of Empty Dwelling Management Orders and how to implement them in an effective and practical manner. The course covers how to trace owners and ensure that any legal documentation is correctly served.

The course will cover step by step the matters and processes that Local Authorities should consider as part of the Empty Dwelling Management Order and how to effectively present their cases to the First-tier Tribunal

Although the course is tailored towards empty properties, a lot of the knowledge is transferrable to other areas of enforcement, particularly in relation to tracing owners and how to ensure that notices are correctly drafted and served.
