Affordable Homes Rental Fund - Resonance Ltd.

Aimed at Community Land Trusts, this fund has been used to enable a local group to undertake the conversion of a listed buliding in Wells next the Sea, in North Norfolk, into a number of affordable homes, demonstrating that such funds have a role to play in empty homes work. This project also received funding from statutory sources.
