BBC Breakfast feature on empty homes, 14th September 2015

Following on from the launch of the Empty Homes' report, BBC Breakfast visited Leeds to find out more about the work of the Empty Homes Doctor and local social enterprise Hunslet Club, who recently purchased their first empty home.
What's nice about this story is that they speak both with the new tenant and with the neighbours - who'd lived next door to the empty home for longer than they could remember.
