This gives some indication of the HCA view on empty homes work - both its own and that of local authorities. There are no great surprises or novel insights. This is clearly part of a campagin on the part of the HCA to make itself more relevant to the issue. The recent on-line debate also indicates this move. But there is nothing to suggest - yet - that the HCA has anything new to offer.
