This video (uploaded March 2014) highlights the service offered by Capita on a no risk (pay by results) basis for identifying occupied properties to help councils maximise New Homes Bonus. Similar services are offered by Liberata and of course many Councils undertake this work themselves, sometiimes using empty homes practitioners.
