Devolved Delivery Framework for affordable housing in London

This framework proposed for London is a template for new ways of distributing affordable housing grant that are likely to be rolled out to the rest of the country. Under these arrangements, budgets are devolved to local authorities although the formal grant-processing mechanisms remain with the HCA.
