For the others, this useful map published by CLG as part of its CTB data set shows what proportion of empties are subject to the Empty Homes Premium. Unfortunately, the map includes no notes but it is assumed that the percentage shown is of all empties, not just long-term empties; but excluding unoccupied exempt homes.
