A report by an independent non-partisan think-tank, linked to the £140million government Estates Regeneration fund. It has a useful 4-type taxonomy of estates and emphasises the range of issues and possible solutions across the country.
The issues identified in George Clarke's 12- or 10-point plan developed in response to demolitions are scarcely considered.
