Empty homes wasn't directly a part of this consultation and we did not therefore respond as an organisation.
However, respondents did refer to the empty homes issues and these are commented on in this document. See in particular 1.19 and 2.12-13. It notes that "the Department is working on the detail of exactly how the £100m, specifically allocated for this purpose, might be used to achieve the greatest impact on problematic empty homes. An announcement will be made shortly."
