This is a hub-page which will provide access to the live tables and statistical releases related to the supply of affordable housing. The figures are used in the calculation of the New Homes Bonus (affordable housing supplement of £350 per home per annum).
Live tables 1011 seem to be the source for the calculation of the NHB. The PDF documents containing the "statistical release" state the methodology used to calculate the increase in affordable housing supply.
