This links to the table of contents of the General Development Order as originally made in 1995. Unfortunately you cannot get the consolidated legislation from the government website (or any other?) and need to be aware that various provisions have been modified by subsequent SIs. Nevertheless the bulk of the order and the structure remains as originally enacted. Empty homes practitioners will be interested only in limited parts of this - particularly Schedule 2 part 3, Classes F and G - but it is useful to see the overall structure of the legislation.
