This links to the VTS webpage that lists "Valuation in Practice" newsletters. These contain useful information and legal cases on the subject of exemptions from council tax, removal of dwellings from valuation lists etc. Busy pracitioners may not have time to read these newsletters but if you do will recognise many of the same characters that you come into contact with when dealing with long-term empties.
