Cumbria authorities publish newsletter for Empty Homes Week 2017

For the second year running (as mentioned in my blog post) our Cumbria Empty Property Group is producing a regional newsletter for Empty Homes Week.  For local authorities where there’s not enough time and resources to do as much empty homes work as they would like, a newsletter is a good way to highlight what has been done. The Newsletter gives contact details for each local authority.  For example it’s quick and easy to offer a service providing owners with the VAT-savings letter.  It’s a ‘quick hit’ and always makes owners happy to be saving money on their repairs costs. The Newsletter is downloadable from the  Empty Homes page of South Lakeland District Council (scroll down the page to find the link to the Newsletter), or if you are a Full Member of EHN there is a copy permanently available in the EHN Information Library here (you will need to be logged in to access it and be a Full Member).
