The Empty Homes Network are excited to announce the return to an in-person Conference for 2023. After two successful years holding our annual event virtually, we are returning to our pre-Covid platform and venue, in what promises to be our biggest Conference to date!
To be held on Thursday 25th May at Maple House, Birmingham and across two rooms, our 2023 Conference will deliver a huge variety of sessions, covering aspects of Council Tax, Second Homes, Debt Recovery and Enforcement based sessions.
We will also be holding a 1:2:1 CPO Surgery thanks to our supporters at NP Law, who will be on hand to discuss practical advice individually, based on your current CPO cases.
The full schedule of sessions and speakers for our 2023 Conference will be announced in January.
Time slots for the CPO surgery held by NP Law, will be made available in the New Year and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Please get in touch to register your interest, as these slots will be limited and are expected to go quickly!

Delegate prices start from £95 for not-for-profit organisations, and our Corporate Members will benefit from our discounted delegate rate of £150, as well as receiving a reduced rate of £105 for every additional delegate place.
This year, we are again offering all members the chance to renew their EHN Membership for 2023/24 at the same time as booking your Conference place, ensuring that your access to the Network website and its resources runs uninterrupted through until April 2024.

Our booking form can be found on our dedicated Conference Page, and bookings for the Conference are now being taken. All you need to do to secure your place at the event is complete the booking form with all of the required information and send to admin@ehnetwork.org.uk.
Please note, that invoices will be sent out in the first week of January, for any bookings taken prior to the 4th January.
