CLG officials have recently heard local authorities raise concerns about barriers to delivery of the HCA's Empty Homes Programme and are keen to find out more so that action can be taken if appropriate.
Getting to a clear enough picture of what the barriers really are has, however, proved difficult.
To help CLG, HCA and the LGA - all involved here - we have set up a forum post where we are inviting those of our members who have experienced issues with the contract or the programme to contribute their feedback and insights.
