The Empty Homes Network are delighted to announce the main event sponsors for this year's Virtual Empty Homes Conference on Thursday 19th May, are UK Property Rescue.
With their knowledge, experience and offer of tailored support to both Empty Homes Officers and owners across the Country, their involvement and availability on the day throughout the event will undoubtedly prove useful to delegates and their workloads.

UK Property Rescue (UKPR) provide specialist services to tackle works in default, nuisance and empty properties.
With long-term empty, hoarded, filthy and verminous, overgrown and structurally dangerous properties forming an ongoing problem for Local Authority Officers in their everyday roles, UK Property Rescue has the knowledge and experience in bringing successful conclusions to works under notice, and can also help to plan and undertake all refurbishment work required to set up successful EDMOs, including the sourcing and management of tenants on your behalf thereafter.
We have dedicated regional teams in place to project manage and tackle all common issues arising under statutory notices quickly and effectively, and where applicable, can also liaise with private home owners to buy and develop their properties to get them back into use.
UK Property Rescue are delighted to partner with the Empty Homes Network for the Conference for the third time, and provides a great network that brings together practitioners, albeit virtually again this year, to share information and ideas about the problems you face every day in the course of managing your workload.

Delegate Rates
With delegate prices starting from as little as £49 for not-for-profit organisations, our Corporate Members will benefit from our discounted delegate rate (£59), as well as receiving one FREE delegate place for every two places booked.
This year we are again offering our Corporate Members the chance to pay for their 2022/23 membership at the same time, ensuring that your access to the Network runs uninteruppted through to April 2023.
As an Associate Member of the Empty Homes Network, it has never been easier to upgrade your membership level and take advantage of our fantastic delegate rates, as well as increasing access to all of our information resources online.
