Empty Homes Bonus figures published

CLG has for the first time published figures showing the contribution made by reductions in the number of empty homes to New Homes Bonus. The release of the figures was accompanied by a statement from Don Foster, the Minister who has replaced Andrew Stunell. The figures can be found in an Excel spreadsheet and includes the amounts awarded over the first two years of the NHB, both earned and paid in each year individually, and cumulatively. Nick Pritchard-Gordon (Reading BC and Vice-Chair of EHN) seems to be responsible for the publication of the figures, as he wrote requesting the information from CLG a few weeks ago and they agreed that it would be useful to put it up on the CLG website.
