First EHN Virtual Conference Proves Successful

Latest
July 5, 2021
The first ever EHN Virtual Empty Homes Conference, held on the 27th May, proved to be a great success, with over 250 delegate attending on the day, and some fantastic sessions presented by a selection of industry experts. Held virtually for the first time in partnership with our provider Hirespace, this year's Conference brought the usual interesting and informative sessions to our biggest audience to date.  Kicking off with the BBC's Matt Allwright, our speakers shared their knowledge and experience in a variety of sessions, including building a compulsory purchase programme, community protection notices and enforced sales, with the afternoon sessions providing an insight into some of the case studies, projects and companies, who have shown that the past 12 months has been successful in bringing empty homes back into use throughout a difficult and challenging period for all. A huge thank you to our Conference Sponsors Auction House and UK Property Rescue for their support, and sessions during the day, as well as to our other Conference Sponsors Fraser & Fraser, Bevan Brittan, No Use Empty: Kent, Grafton Empty Homes, EON Home Solutions, Finders International, Taylor & Emmet, Anglia Research, and Habitat for Humanity GB. A massive thanks to all of our speakers and contributors for making the day possible, and to all those who attended on the day as delegates. Your knowledge, questions and contirbutions are always hugely appreciated. Thank you also to all those who have provided their insight and feedback on the day, and for those that are yet to let us know how you thought the day went, you can access our short survey to let us know your thoughts here. Planning for the EHN Conference 2022 has already begun, with details to be shared and announced through our website later this year.   With thanks to our Conference Main Sponsors: Auction House UK Property Rescue   With thanks to our Conference Sponsors: Fraser & Fraser Bevan Brittan Grafton No Use Empty: Kent Finders International Anglia Research Taylor & Emmett Habitat For Humanity
