Biography:
Andrew Lavender Andrew is well known for his work as the delivery partner for the Kent No Use Empty initiative, and is currently supporting the Welsh Government and Welsh Local Authorities in developing and implementing a robust approach to regeneration through enforcement and other innovative solutions. Andrew is also a professional member of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
