An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced empty homes officer to utilise their skills and capacity, working to assist Empty Property Hunters in their aims of bringing empty homes back into use. Following up on leads submitted by the public, the role will utilise your negotiation skills, in dealing with both the public and owners of empty homes.
The role, which is fully remote and flexible based on availability and capacity, would be focused outside of your usual working area, with provisions in place to prevent conflicts of interest with any possible current employers.

Empty Property Hunters are a research lead property company specialising in acquiring empty residential properties. Our team are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, offering tailored property solutions and helping to bring more empty homes back to life.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. Although London based, this is a fully remote position with flexible working hours to suit your schedule. In this role, you will engage with property owners identified by our research team to discuss potential interest in selling their empty homes. You will also serve as a point of contact for members of the public who submit empty property leads, keeping them informed of our progress and fostering positive relationships.
Proactively manage outbound calls to follow up on empty property leads.
Build strong relationships with property owners, providing clear information and guidance on potential property sales.
Keep members of the public informed on the status of their submitted property leads.
Provide expert knowledge about the company’s services and offerings to potential clients.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential.
At least 1 year of experience within the empty property or related property sector.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries.
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Previous / current experience in the property industry is desirable.
