Sister site for Housing Enablers launched

Latest
April 16, 2012
A sister to the Empty Homes Network web-site has been launched for Housing Enablers. The website at www.housingenabling.org.uk was developed with the help of funding from the South West Impovement and Efficiency Partnership and with support from Plymouth City Council. It went live at the end of March. You can find more details on the Housing Enabling Website itself in this story which explains how the new initiative was inspired by the Empty Homes Network and spells out the aims of the Housing Enbaling Network. The two websites are both maintained in the same web-hosting environment and it is hoped that in future improvements to one can be transferred to the other. Network members won't have too much difficulty spotting the similarity between the two sites! The Housing Enabling Network itself is also new, and any members of the Empty Homes Network who are involved in generic housing enabling work will be very welcome to join. Membership is free thanks to seed-corn funding from the SW IEP as described above.
