We’re very pleased to announce that, as of 1st March 2013, all 22 of the Welsh local authorities have joined the Empty Homes Network under a Collective Membership that will last through to March 2015. All employees of the Welsh councils will now be able to benefit from the premium members-only material available from the website, discounts on Conferences and training and so on.
To help Welsh members get the most out of the website a “Welsh Authorities” group has been set up with exclusive access for Welsh authorities: documents, stories, events and forum posts that are specific to Wales can all be created within that group.
We look forward to welcoming the new members as they sign up and it seems fitting that the new arrangement is starting on St. David's day. This will be the biggest Collective Membership in the Network and testifies to the growing strength of the Welsh Houses to Homes initiative.
