Hi All,
Attached is what we are calling our Empty Homes Financial Incentives Recommendations Paper for 2016. This was released today. It was prepared for the Scottish Government but is also part of Shelter Scotland's wider manifesto asks ahead of the Scottish Parliament elections this year. As you will see if you read this I had lots of help from some EHN members providing data about what has worked over the border that we can learn from. So thanks to everyone who was involved.
