EHN Conference 2023 Update: Event Date & Venue Change

Latest news
January 24, 2023

As planning and preparation for the Empty Homes Conference 2023 continues to gather pace, unforeseen circumstances have led to a slight change on date and venue to that originally planned on Thursday 25th May, at Maple House.

This year’s flagship empty homes event, will now take place on Wednesday 24th May, at The Studio, 7 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B2 5EP.

With no major changes to the planned speakers and session, delegates can still expect our usual Conference format of interesting and informative speakers from varying backgrounds in the empty homes field, along with inclusive refreshments and snacks throughout the day, and a two-course hot buffet.

Our speakers and sessions will be announced at the start of February, and we’re also pleased to confirm that 1-2-1 surgeries with experts from NPLaw and Bevan Brittan, will be on hand to discuss your CPO and Enforced Sale cases, through pre-bookable timeslots to fit around your day.

Our delegate rates remain as planned, and booking is now open in order to secure your place at this year’s only dedicated empty homes event across England and Wales. Our booking form can be found on our dedicated Conference webpage here.

The Empty Homes Network looks forward to seeing you at The Studio, on Wednesday 24th May!
