EHN response to proposals to amend EDMO legislation - 4th version

This is a further revision of our consultation response (click link to access it) to the proposed amendments to the EDMO legislation. This incorporates a review of the possible problems associated with the word "nuisance" given its often restricted legal meanng. There are some further changes and simplifications to the wording and a 5th principle of local support for the EDMO action is added. As before, comments can be submitted by members in the EDMO forum.
