We pleased to share the release of the Empty Homes Network’s training and events calendar for 2025.
The Empty Homes Network provides courses for all experience levels and across a range of topics, from our ‘Introduction to Empty Homes for Practitioners’ course for those new to the role or looking to build on the knowledge of empty homes processes and procedures, and the ever-popular enforcement courses run by Andrew Lavender at Housing Law Training and Consultancy, focusing on ‘When Negotiation Fails’ and ‘Empty Dwelling Management Orders’.
Following on from the success of our 2024 webinars, Housing Law specialist Andrew Lavender will again be hosting two empty homes practitioner surgeries in March and September, answering your case-specific questions on relevant enforcement powers, and giving guidance on how to approach the most challenging of empty homes cases.
Additional new courses, webinars and events are also planned and in development for 2025, so keep checking our events page for further details.
We also have our dedicate 2025 Conference page, where information can be found about the day, our sessions and speakers, as well as our Conference Sponsors. More information on our Conference speakers will be announced early in the New Year.
For all of our events, EHN Corporate Members receive a discounted rate per delegate, with prices specified on each of the event pages.
All of the current schedule courses and events can be found on our events page here, with more sessions, courses and webinars to be announced over the coming months, so do keep checking back for updates!
