FREE Empty Properties Training & Networking Day: Hosted by Estate Research

Estate Research are pleased to announce their Empty Properties Training & Networking Day

The event includes guest speakers Adam Cliff of the Empty Homes Network, Neil Tonge of Wigan Council Housing Standards, Alex Watkinson of Taylor & Emmet Solicitors and Lauren Mitchell and Megan Murphy of Estate Research.

Our Empty Properties Training & Networking Day will be a fully informative training and networking session, allowing local authority colleagues to discuss ideas on best practice and share their knowledge.  Our guest speakers will cover a range of related topics, along with information about Estate Research genealogy services and how we can provide support.

The event will include a 2 course lunch and regular tea and coffee breaks throughout the day.  As with all Estate Research Training & Networking events, this session is completely FREE to all local authorities and we offer subsidised travel upon request.

Please note, places for this event are limited, and booking is on a first come first served basis.

The Venue

Etc. Venues Manchester is within walking distance from Manchester Piccadilly train station, as well as within walking distance from Minshull Street, Piccadilly Gardens and Chorlton Street car parks. 

About Estate Research

Estate Research was founded in 2001 to trace next of kin to unclaimed estate.  We have evolved to provide a full range of tracing services and developed our Empty Property Solutions service as a response to an increasing issue effecting local authorities.  We employ 67 members of staff, across 3 nationwide offices and work with 250 local authorities.  Our aim is to help bring empty properties back into use.
