The Empty Homes Network are excited to announce that the EHN National Conference 2026, will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at The Studio, Birmingham.
Building on the success and energy of our 2025 event, next year’s conference promises to be another unmissable day of inspiration, insight, and practical action for everyone working to tackle empty homes, and make better use of the nation’s housing.
The event will once again bring together empty homes officers, housing professionals, local authorities, and sector partners from across the UK to share best practice, explore policy developments, and celebrate achievements with our EHN Awards for 2026.
Sessions and speakers will be announced early in the new year, and early booking is encouraged to secure your place at what has become the flagship event for the empty homes sector.
Booking for the Conference will open on the 1st December, with prices kept the same as our 2024 and 2025 events. Delegates will again have the opportunity to include their 2026/27 EHN Membership within the booking process,
