EHN publishes New Homes Bonus Practitioner Guide

The Empty Homes Network has now published an updated Practitioner Guide to the New Homes Bonus. The last document published on this subject was the Guide produced during the Consultation period back in 2010. The new 38-page Guide has been substantially rewritten thanks to support from Plymouth City Council and South West Councils. Cllr. Mark Lowry of PCC has contributed a Foreword. The new Guide should answer most pracititoner questions about the scheme and includes a summary with highlights and recommendations.
